The application contains antitrust inf oruation f or review pursuant to NRC Regulatory Guide 9.3 to determine whether there have been any significant crianges since the co:apletion of tne antitrust review at the construction permit stage. The remainder of ttle application f or operating licenses is currently undergoing acceptance review. Following docketing, a notice n.ill be published in the federal Re91 ster.
