Gentlemen:
Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos.1 and 2 Safeguards Contingency Plan In t<ef erence (1), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company CINECO) submitted the Saf eguards Contingency Plan for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station.
In Reference (2), the NRC Staff requested that NNECO revise the Plan to include the comments described in the enclosure to Reference (2).
NNECO hereby submits the Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 1, for the Millstone N'iclear Power Station in response to the Reference (2) request.
NNECO has incorporated the Staf f's comments transmitted in Reference (2) into the revised plan.
