Dear Mr. Lewis:
Your letter dated June 17, 1979 requested that you and Fs. Phyllis Zitzer be placed on distribution for documents that NRC releases relative to our inves-tigation of (1) the effects of nearby blasting on the Limerick plant and (2) concrete problems at the Limerick plant. Our investigation of the blasting has been undertaken pursuant to a request by Mr. Frank Romano under Section 2.206 of 10 CFR Part 2.
Based on your request, we will provide you with cooies of our correspondence with Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO) on this matter, our correspondence with Mr. Rcmano, and sumaries of our site visits to inves-tigate this matter. With regard to Mr. Ronano's request to investigate corcrete voids / honeycomb at the Limerick plant, we have concluded that this matter does not warrant further investigation at this time. The bases for this conclusion are outlined in the enclosed letter to Mr. Romano.
