The Georgia Power Company offers the following information in response to your letter of June 15, 1979, describing apparent noncompliances with NRC requirements nated during your May 7 - 11, 1979, inspection of the Hatch Nuclear Plant.
A.
Infraction - Failure to Perform a Survey.

'k Page Two July 11, 1979 Section 2.4, DISCHARGES TO THE GROUND, was submitted to Region II, NRC 25, 1979. This section was also submitted for information purposes on June 1 to the Annual Environmental Surveillance Report for 1 as Supplement June 27, 1979.
The remaining parts of the radiological section of the report were sub-mitted as Supplement 2 dated July 2, 1979.
A document change request has been approved by the Plant Review Board This DoCR changes the Technical and will be submitted to the h7C shortly.the 90 day reporting requirement extension Specifications Appendix B so that l
allowance will include both non-radiological and radiological sample resu ts.
The inspection report contains no information which is believed to be proprie tary.
