We acknowledge receiving telephone information from your Mr. Tom Burdette on April 26, 1979. This information concerned the denial of our request for extension of submittal date for the above referenced IE Bulletin.
We have contacted Westinghouse an informed them of the deadline date of May 28, 1979, for submittal o, response. Westinghouse has stated that the necessary material will be enerated before such date.
