Inspection coverage from 5:45 AM to 5:30 PM.. Completed review on TI 2595/2 item III.C.7 -- licensee does comprehensive valve lineup /

position checks folicwing extended outages which require one operator to perform.

No requirement that operator doing these checks be someone other than. operator who positioned valves initially.

100% Power, no known problems.

No significant maintenance or surveillance scheduled.

No planned changes in power level.

Next scheduled outage is in 'tay 1979 (brief maintenance outage with reactor remaining critical in sub-power range).

No ESF systems out of service.
