In accordance with your application dated February 6,1979, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Item 4 of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1405 is hereby amended to read as follows:

Expiration Date April 30, 1980 All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
With regard to your stated plan to relocate your operations your attention is called to 10 CFR 70.23(a)(7) which states:
"Where the proposed activity is processing and fuel fabrication, scrap recovery, conversion of uranium hexafluoride, commercial v:Lte disposal by land burial, or any other activity which the wmission determines will significantly affect the quality of the environment, the Director of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards or his designee, before commencement of construction of the plant or facility in which the activity will be conducted, on the basis of information filed and evaluations made pursuant to Part 51 of this chapter, has concluded, after weighing the environmental, economic, technical, and other benafits against environmental costs and considering available alternatives, that the action called for is the issuance of the proposed license, with any apprcpriate conditions to protect environmental values. Commencement of construc-tion prior to such conclusion may be grounds for denial of a license to possess and use special nuclear material in such plant or facility."
