Inspection on March 5-9,1979 (Report No. 70-33/79-04)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced physical security inspection of the licensee's approved security plan and applicable sections of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP-1, to include: security organization, physical barriers, access controls, keys, locks,- and combinations, detection aids, central alarm station and communications systems, SNM Protection, records and reports of incidents.
Licensee action on previously identified item of. noncompliance related to keys, locks and combinations (78-14-01).
The inspection was initiated during the off-shift and involved 64 inspector hours onsite by two NRC regional based inspectors.
