Dear Mr. Martin:
In compliance with Section 2-201 Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Texas Instruments Incorporated is responding to your letter of April 26, 1979, regarding the inspection (70-33/79-04) conducted by Mr. Edward Jones, Jr. and Ms. Lisa McKeown of your office on March 5-9, 1979.
The corrective steps taken for full compliance are covered below for the item of noncompliance.
The proper changes have been made to the " Plan for the Protection of Nuclear Facilities and Nuclear Materials" and will be submitted to the Director of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards the week of April 30, 1979.
All future changes in the
" Plan for the Protection of Nuclear Facilities and Materials" will be made in a timely manner and submitted to the above noted office.
Texas Instruments Incorporated feels that these steps are adequate for the specified item of noncompliance.
