' Notice of Violatio.

Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on March 28, 1979, certain activities appear to be in noncompliance with NRC regulations as indicated below:

Contrary to 10 CFR 30.51, records of receipt were not maintained on March 28, 1979, for three strips of cobalt-60 foil containing one to two microcuries each, which were purportedly received prior to May 5,1978.

This is a deficiency.
