Docket flo. 50-285 N_0TICE OF VIOLATIO!1 Based upon the results of the flRC inspection conducted flovember 20-22, 1978, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below:
Contrary to technical specification 1.2.2.b, the pH of the liquid chemical releases from the waste lagoons were outside the range of 6.0-9.0 units on numer#aus occasions during the period January to flovember,1978.
This is a deficiency.
