This Amendment is being submitted to update various areas of the docket as com-mitted to provide information to you.

Subjects covered include LPCI Diversion Ef fects on ECCS Performaace, previously submitted to you by letter dated December 18, 1978 (our 6212 DIN 8-013-900) and Qualification of Pre-operational and Startup Testing Personnel, submitted to you by letter dated January 5, 1979 (our 6212 DIN 8-013-930).

In addition, Amendment 14 contains information on Expansive Structures to clarify information present] r contained in the PSAR.

Finally, Interim Containment Loads Report (ICLR) Mark III Containment, Revision 2, dated October 1978 is being incorporated into the BFS PSAR as an amended section of Section 3C. This report was transmitted by letter from Joseph Gallo to the ASLB dated December 6, 1978.
