' Hatch, the following additional infor-mation to our response dated April 10, 1979, is submitted herewith.

50-366/79-10-01 (Infraction)

In the future if a componer.t fails in any mode t, perform its intended function, it will be declared inoperable, and if required by the Technical Specifications the inoperability will be reported to the NRC. That same com-ponent will not be declared operable until acceptable operability has been demonstrated in the same mode as the original failure.

50-366/79-10-02 (Infraction)

The Georgia Power test supervisors have been cautioned against deviating from the reporting requirements for failure to meet test acceptance criteria.

Also notification of Plant Management will be made promptly should test results be unacceptable.
