Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

In response to Mr. Murphy's letter of April 13, 1979, Duke Power will commit to placing the sieves used for soil and concrete aggregate tests in the regular calibration program for control of measuring and test equipment. The initial acceptance of the sieves and their periodic calibration will be done in accordance with Section 17.1.12 of the Duke-1 Topical Report - Quality Assurance Program.

This program will be implemented no later than July 1,1979.
