Dear Mr. Goodwin:
Thank you for your letter of February 6,1979, wherein ycu responded to several questions we had regarding the possible transit of crude oil unit trains across the Trojan site.
Since it appears that the project has been abandoned, we have no further questions at this time, and are closing out this action item.
We request that you keep us informed of any significant proposed changes in the transportation of potentially hazardous materials through or in the vicinity of the Trojan site.
To the extent that such changes may impact the safety analyses of the facility, we consider this to be a reportable item pursuhat to Technical Specification 6.9.1.8.i.
