I am having the enclosed JOINT INTERVENORS' REQUEST FOR DIRECTED CERTIFICATION hand-delivered to you today.
Although the filing date on the document is December 31st, 1978 and the filing is before the Atomic Safety & Licensing Appeal Board, I neglected to include Messrs. Rosenthal, Salzman and Johnson on the Certificate of Service.
Copies have been timely nailed to all members listed on the Certificate of Service, but due to a gross error on my part, were not mailed to the Chairman and members of the Panel.
Mr. Fleischaker is attending the evidentiary hearing in the above-captioned case in California.
