Dear Mr. Rosenthal:
This letter is to urge you, as strongly as I possibly can, NOT to increase Vepco's allowabls settlement.
The public should be made aware of settlement conditions at all North Anna buildings, and the attendant risks involved.
I also
$trge you to hold a hearing for this purpose.
Also, there should be an investigation of the revocation of Vepco's North Anna operating Licence,which was done because of the corporation's withholding hazardous settlement information from your board The lives of many people in this area are involved.
Vepco's record on truthfulness and concern for the public are lower than zero.
