A copy of my letter of July 19, 1978 to the Licensing Board and a copy of the document that letter transmitted, ne:aely SAND 771927 entitled, " Transport of Radionuclides in Urban Environs: Working Draft Assessment".

A copy of my November 3,1978 letter to the Licensing Board and a copy of the document it transmitted, namely, the letier of September 25, 1978 from LILC0 to the NRC requesting a license to store new fuel.

A copy of my November 3,1978 letter to the parties in this proceeding and copies of the attachments that letter transmitted, namely, Commission decision CLI-76-1 and Appeal Board decision ALAB-344.
6.
A copy of the Appeal Board decision in Diablo Canyon, namely, ALAB-410 dealf ng with the treatment of security plans in adjudicatory hearings.

A copy of the proposed rule re Appendix E - Emergency Plans for Production and Utilization Facilities-issued by the Commission on August 16, 1978.
