The Final Environmental Statement Related to the Operation of Shoreham Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 (NUREG-0285) is available by writing to the National Technical Information Service, Springfield, VA 22161. The price for a printed copy is $9.25 and for a microfiche is $3.00.

I have just received a letter from Mr.aConrad Simon, Director of the Air and Waste Management Division of the U.S. E.P.A.
see copy attached. In this letter to me he states that your department isinntrumental in preparing an Impact Shtement referring to the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station in Long Island New York.
If you have already prepared this statement as indicated to me by Mr.Conrad Simon, of the EPA, please forward a copy of the statement to me for our mem bers are interested in knowing all about the impact. This request is made as per the Federal law NEPA under section of 552 of title 5 of the NEPA code.
I have written once before, but was not given an answer.
Please try and get this statement out to me as soon as possible.
