corree'ed by moving the material from the north wall of Room 206 c
of Building 234 to the wast wall of the same room.
No hellway exists on the west wall of the building.
!<easurements of dose rate of the material have been taken on the opposite side of the wall from the st.orage site and the readings have been "0".
The readings were taken by an instrument calibrated on 13 Dec 1973.

License No. 04-02579 Vid.ation noted on Appendix A of reference (a) has been a.
corrected.
The instruments referred to in reference (a) were transported to HAVELEX Maze Island on 13 December 1978. All instruments in the Physics and Chemistry Department have been calibrated.
Instruments will be calibrated every six months as stated in the license application dated March 26, 1976.
