In accorotnce with your submittal dated March 15, 1978, and its supplement dated October 26, 1978, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Condition 46 of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-21 is hereby amended to include your decomissioning and financial plans. Accordingly, this condition shall read as follows:
Condition 46. At the end of plant life, the licensee shall decontaminate the facility and site in accordance with the general decommicsioning plan submitted in the enclosures to the letter dated March 15, 1978, so that U.ese facilities and grounds can be released to unrestricted use. The financial plan, to assure that funds will be available for decomissioning, submitted by letter dated October 26, 1978, is hereby incorporated as a condition of the license.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
Condition 46 was discussed and agreed to by your Dr. M. E. Remley and Mr. N. Ketzlach of my staff on October 26, 1978.
