This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated December 4,1978 containing additional information in regards to the receipt of low enriched uranium archive samples.

The additional information contained in your letter is an adequate supplement to your letter of November 17, 1978. Therefore, conditional Licensh Condition 3.1 to your License No. SNM-1097, as stated in our letter to you dated November 28, 1978, is affirmed and shall continue to be in effect.

It has been established that your letter of December 4,1978 contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5 (a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
