Dear Mr. Arnold:
By letter dated December 5,1979, you requested an extension until March 1, 1980, regarding the load analysis which is part of the Spent Fuel Cask Dr:p Evaluation for Three Mile Island, Unit No.1 (TMI-1).
We consider this task to be of low priority because of the shut-down condition of TMI-l and since fuel shipment from TMI-l is not anticipated in the near future.
We will, therefore, plan to defer work on this review until after restart of TMI-1.
At that time, we will reactivate our review upon receipt of your response to our request for additional information concerning analysis of loads, load height, and change request No. 38.
Sincerely, fQ
. [).
