CONSTRUCTION DEFICIENCY RPTS DTD 5/23 & 6/13/73 - usk-108 & CDR-122 We have reviewed the referenced Babcock & Wilcox report number BAW-1403, Rev. 1, dated Jisia 1973, and concluded that the repairs made with veld material with undocumented==eh==ie=1 properties are acceptable. B&W was notified of our conclusion by lettar dated June 19, 1973 from v===1k=n.
To close the subject LDRs, or any =4=41=r CDRs from the other affected facilities, the relevant B&W reports together with the supporting documents were distributed to the docket files, PDR and local PDRs, for each of the involved facilities. Ceyy of the nota to film with suppo ding documenths is anelneed.
