The subject report is forwarded for information.

The initial inspection of this facility shows that the preliminary
measurements for the environmental program are nearly complete. The
Susquehanna River studies in the vicinity of the reactor station were
given meaningful direction by Dr. H. Whipple who was retained as a con-
sultant in January, 1971.
