Description of Particular Event or Circumstance:

Concrete voids have been identified in the South 180 section
of the ring girder, which had previously been reported by the
licensee as sound. These voids are reported to be much less
I
severe than those currently being repaired in the North 1800
-
section. The degree and extent of these voids has not been
determined at this time.
C.
Action by Licensee:
I
The licensee is conducting an investigation to datermine the
magnitude and frequency of the voids.
A CO:I inspector is enroute to the site and will inspect the
-
matter as a part of his unannounced inspection. Additional
information will be provided in future reports.
