Regarding your letter of Octcher 1,1974, we wish to advise you for
record purposes that our letter of September 9, 1974 referred to Mr.
Spessard's August 13-16, 1974 inspection.
Mr. Spessard's July 11,12,
16 and 17, 1974 inspection was a previous inspection (No. 50-289/74-28)
and uas docuacnted in our letter of August 6, 1974.
