APPENDIX B NOTICE OF DEVIATION Florida Power Corporation License No. DPR-72 Crystal River 3 Based on the NRC inspection conducted on August 13-17, 1979, certain of your activities appear to deviate from your commitments to the Commission as indicated below:
In your letter, dated April lo, 1979, Florida Power Corporation committed to revising those radiochemistry /chamistry procedures (SP-700 series) that do not contain PRC reviews, and Nuclear Plant Manager approved data sheets, and submitting these revisions for PRC review and Nuclear Plant Manager approval prior to May 1, 1979.
Contrary to the above, on August 17, 1979, the inspector determined that this corrective act. ion had not been accomplished since revision of the referenced procedures is only partially complete at this time.
This is a Deviation.
