SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS MAY, 1979 In May, 1979, theUnitCycleI-I[refuelingoutagecontinued to perform inspection and repair of anchor bolts.

The following significant safety-related maintenance was performed in May:

1. Replaced seals on 1A charging pump and 1C charging pump.

2. Repaired leaking electrical penetrations.

3. Completed pulling cable and sealing penetrations for deletion of reactor trip following turbine trip below 50% power.

4. Completed Limitorque MOV inspection. (I&E Circular 79-04)

5. Lapped the seat on 1B RHR suction relief valve.

6. Replaced bearings, seals and mechanical seals on the RCDT pump.

7. Repaired CCW relief valve on the seal injection heat exchanger.

8. Replaced unloader valves on two Diesel Generator air compressors.

9. Replaced three seals on the BIT recirculating pumps.

10. Performed hydraulic snubber inspection.
