The Georgia Power Company wishes to submit the following information concerning the noncompliance discussed in your inspection report nurler 50-424/79-02 and 50-424/79-02.

The rebar laydown area has been inspected and proper storage has t'ect accomplished.

The cut rebar identified in your report has been either scrapped or placed in a hold area.

NCR CD-255 has been closed.

Procc u e CD-A-01 has been reviewed and revised to eliminate future storage proble-;

Procedure CD-A-01 specifies the required inspection frequency as being every three months, unless otherwise specified.

Full compliance will tie achieved upon approval of Procedure CD-A-01 which will be achieved ty April 20, 1979.

The inforration contained in the inspectior, report is not considered to be proprietary.
