This is in response to your letter dated January 29, 1979, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncom-pliance identified in our letter dated December 26, 1978.
With respect to item 1, we have reviewed the supplemental infor-mation in your response and continue to consider the noncompliance valid. We are unable to conclude that the requirements for the mechanical snubbers were specified in purchase specification J-2918 or any other documents available at the ! %e of the inspection.
We will examine your corrective action during a future inspection.
