Approximate Number of Operating Hours:
1600 per year, with all hours since February, 1979, being enutdown conditions.

Operator Requalification Program:
All of the Unit I Restart Candidates have satisfactorily completed tne Metropolitan Edison Company, 'Ihree Mile Island Nuclear Station Operator Accelerated Retraining Program (Ref:
Restart Report Section 6) and an Operator Requalification Program. They have also attendxl the Babcock & Wilcox Power Plant Simulator at Lynchburg, VA.
