DE C 121979 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Westinghouse Electric Corporation License No. SNM-1107 Columbia Nuclear Fuel Plant Based on the NRC inspection November 27-30, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by License Condition 9 that incorporates license application subsection 2.3.2.1, " General Nuclear Criticality Control Procedures and Criteria", operations will be conducted in accordance with written procedures to ensure compliance with criticality control requirements.
Contrary to the above, the licensee posted incorrect criticality control limits for the washer work station in the scrap recovery area.
This is a deficiency.
