SUBJECT:
COMPREHEllSIVE EVALUATIONS -- SPEtlT FJEL STORAGE FACILITIES With the field portion of the fuel cycle comprehensive evaluations finished-and the reports almost comolete, you should now plan an evaluation of the sp2nt fuel / waste storage facilities at Morris, West Valley, and Exxon.
While these facilities had a lower priority than the fuel facilities, they are important especially in light of the spent fuel rule.
As discussed this morning,.by 9/10/79, please give Bob a short memo describing how and when you would conduct these evaluations.
If either manpower or pro-cedural problems aill delay the evaluations, please give Bob the details so that he can, Keep Mr. Dircks informed.
