This meeting related to activities authorized by license number
DPR-71, and was attended by members of my staff and Messrs. Tollison, Brown, and
Blackmon of your company.
The subjects discussed at this meeting are included in the inspection report
which is enclosed with this letter.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and provided for a better
understanding of the circumstances surrounding the plant trip of October 19,
1979.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10,
Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection
report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
