APPENDIX A University of California Berkeley, California 94720 Docket tio. 50-224 License No. R-101 Notice of Violation Based upon the results of an NRC inspection conducted on August 16-17, 1979, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below:
10 CFR 20.407, entitled Personnel Monitoring Reports, stipulates that all persons specifically licensed by the Cormiission shall, within the first quarter of calendar years 1979 and 1980, submit to the Director of flanagement and Program Analysis, U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555, the reports specified in Paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section covering the preceding calendar years of 1978 and 1979.
Contrary to the above requirement, at the time of the inspection, the licensee had not submitted the Personnel Monitoring Reports for the calendar year of 1978.
This is a deficiency.
