One item appears to be in nonconformance with Appendix B to 10 CFR 50, as identified below:
I Criterion V, " Instructions, Procedures, and Drauingo", states in part, " Activities affecting quality shall be prescribed by documented instructions, procedures, or drawings... and shall be accomplished in accordance with these instructions, l
procedures, or drawings."
l Contrary to the above, the elevations of the construction joints in the containment ring girder are at considerable i
i variance with Gilbert Associates Drawing 4192-E-421-047.
In addition, there is no evidence that there are concrete keys at each ring girder construction joint as shown on United Engineers and Constructors' Drawing 9459-FS-335.
