This refers to my telephone conversath a with Mr. George Moore, Assistant Vice President, Power Production, on October 3, 1979, regarding problems observed in your security program at Crystal River Nuclear Plant during our inspection of August 28-30 and September 11-13, 1979. With regard to the matters discussed, we understand that you have or will undertake the following actions:
1.
Provide response to all operative vital area intrusion detection annucia-tions and record these responses. These responses shall be conducted by a guard or other armed response personnel and it shall comence immediately.
2.
Provide by October 15, 1979, all vital area door locks with astragals or other protective hardware recomended in IE Bulletin 77-04, Inadequate Lock Assemblies, dated March 18, 1977.
3.
Provide a schedule of work completion and full implementation for the following subsystems of your security program by October 15, 1979.
