AFFIDAVIT OF ANDRENNA SMITH I, Andrenna Smith, swear and depose as follows:

I am a secretary in Hearing Section I, Office of the Executive Legal Director, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC.

On January 10, 1980, I, in the presence of Lawrence J. Chandler, was shown one large manila envelope, two letter-size envelopes and a number
, of unfolded documents by James M. Cutchin, V.
At no time did I read any of these documents nor do I have any knowledge of the contents of,the documents.
The documents were replaced in the letter-size envelopes and these replaced in the manila envelope.
