Inspection 70-820/79-17 Gentlemen:
This refers to your letter dated November 21, 1979, in response to our letter ciated October 29, 1979.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive acMons documented in your letter.
These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
However, it should be noted for clarification that, contrary to the statement in your letter, 'he inspector did immediately notify the Operations Manager and the Production Foreman of the overloaded criticality zone and prompt action was taken to bring the situation into compliar.ce.
In accoruance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of your control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and your facility security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the refere; iced letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
