DPR-54 flotice of Violation Based on the results of the f1RC inspection conducted on October 1-5, 1979, it appears that one of your activities was not in full compliance with the conditions of your license, as indicated below.
Technical Specification 6.5.2.7.1 requires that the MSRC review reports and meeting minutes of the Plant Review Committee.
Contrary to the above, in the period from January through August,1979, during which there were approximately 75 meetings of the Plant Review Committee, the minutes of the Plant Review Committee were not reviewed by the MSRC as indicated by discussions with licensee representatives and a review of the MSRC meeting minutes and agenda for this period.
This is an infraction.
