Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Comments on Draft Regulatory Guide on
" Audible-Alarm Dosimete s"
-l TOkN
Dear Sir:
South Carolina Electric & Gas Company provides the following comments concerning the draft regulatory guide on " Audible-Alarm Dosimeters".
1.
In section C.4a "high noise environment" should be defined by a db level.
2.
In section C.7 "similar jobs" needs to be defined.
3.
In section C.7 - when can dosimeters that alarm only when a preset integrated exposure has been reached be used?
We appreciate the opportunity to provide comments on these proposed regulatory guide revisions.
Very truly yours, p
M B. Whitaker, p
