letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selecrive

ezaminations of procedures and representative records, interviews with

personnel, measurements made by the inspector, and observations by the

inspector.

Our inspector also verified the steps you had taken to correct the items

of noncompliance brought to your attention in our letters dated May 22

and August 14, 1975.

We have no further questions reghrding your action

at this time.

In addition, our inspector examined those activities conducted under your

license relating to the' subjects covered in your letters to the Director,

Division of Reactor Licensing, dated August 28, September 15, October 7

and 29 and November 21, 24 and 26, 1975.

We have no further questions

regarding these matters with the exception of Item A in the attached

Notice of Violation.

Based on the results of this inspection, it appears that one of your

activities was not conducted in full co=pliance with SRC requirements,

as set forth in the Notice of Violation, enclosed herewith as Appendix
