Based on a'dditional information, provided by Mr. Law /er and other
members of,your staff, to Mr. Knapp and Mr. Meyer of our staff, during
telephone conversations on February 4, 5 and 12, 1976, it appears that a
survey (evaluation) was made prior to entry to the boric acid storage
room on August 21, 1975.
