This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. Folsom of this office
on May 2, 1974 at Middletown, Pennsylvania of activities authorized

held by Mr. Folsom with Mr. Stromberg of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection.

Operations Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations
of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel,

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or safety items
were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the AEC's " Rules of Practice",
