The licensee's response to Violation 4, " Impinge =ent of Fish", was

determined to be inadequate because (a) he stated that his interpreta-

tion of the TS 'does not require individual fish weights and (b) no

corrective action is intended.

Lawyer said that they

would take no actica until the letter frca RL was

roccived and could be studied.

He indicated that if

the interpretation of the TS required the individual

fish weights, as the verbal communication frc: RL in-

dicated, then individual ucights would be obtained.

However, until the letter is received and examined, no

action would be taken.

Arnold said he did not want to get tied down to verbal

interpretation from RL, hence, he wo 21d wait for written
