In accordance with the NRC Order issued approving the transfer of the Oyster Creek Renewed Operating License and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation General License (Reference 1), the activities necessary to close the sale and transfer the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station from Exelon Generation Company, LLC to Oyster Creek Environmental Protection, LLC were completed on July 1, 2019 (Reference 2). At the time of the closing, with the NRCs approval, Exelon Generation transferred the NRC license from Exelon Generation to Oyster Creek Environmental Protection, LLC (OCEP) as the owner and to Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) as decommissioning operator.

In accordance with the NRC regulations, HDI, on behalf of themselves and OCEP, respectfully requests NRC to continue all ongoing regulatory actions and reviews currently underway for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating station. HDI and OCEP have assumed responsibility for the continuation of these regulatory actions and reviews.
