PETITION FOR RULEMAKING ON EVACULATION AND EMERGENCY N
PLANNING ISSUES Attached hereto is a copy of a letter dated June 12, 1979 from Terry J. Lodge, Counsel for Toledo Coalition for Safe Energy, to H. Denton which contains, among other things, a Petition for Rulemaking on certain evacuation and emergency planning related issues detailed in earlier correspondence from this petitioner and a request that such Petition be consolidated with that filed by Critical Mass Energy Project, et al. and docketed with No. PRM-50-23.
I am also attaching copies of alt correspondence to date between the Staff and this petitioner on this subject matter. These materials are being sent to your office because, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 92.802, Petitions for Rulemaking are properly addressed to the Secretary of the Commission.
