Baxley, Georgia 31513 Reportable Occurrence Report No. 50-366/1979-114 Cause Description and Corrective Action (cont) moisture. Procedures have been reviewed to determine the number of operations during surveillance and time limit of motor operation. Test equipment has been installed in the circuit to monitor future valve cycles in an attempt to identify the problem. A follow-up report will be submitted with the findings of the investigation.
