& DPR-71 Based on the NRC inspection September 4-7, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NEC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to ycu dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Environmental Technical Specifications 2.5.2.a(2), the release rate from the si+e for radioactive material in particulate form with half-lives greater than 8 days shall not exceed the condition that 4

Contrary
+.o the above, on May 8-9, 1979, a release from the Unit I reactor baiiding occurred such that the release limit was exceeded by a factor of 3.7.
This is an infraction.
